A two part farm-to-table culinary arts program focused on mentoring our youth while teaching them a variety of ways to grow their own food, to how to cook, serve and eat it.
We refer to our first four of six lessons in the program as the "Seedlings Grow" stage, where youth visit local farms and gardens to learn everything from germinating the seed and preparing the soil, to growing their own food and harvesting it.
The second part of the program involves lessons 5 and 6; our "CHEF and KIDS™" level; where youth now partner up with chefs from all over the world to learn how to prepare, cook, plate, serve and eat a variety of delicious artistic styles of dishes. An added bonus is that our youth learn server and table etiquette throughout the duration of the program.
